I did not have any knowledge about the trading field. However, step by step, I learned the basic shipping knowledge in the beginning. Till now, I can handle the numerous orders by myself. On the other hand, My interpersonal skill is improved as well. I know the importance of work ethic. In the workplace, we should be neutral and not affected by the personal feeling. It will decrease the efficiency and the justice during the work.
